Currently my husband and I are the only people in and out of the studio, filling and delivering your orders, taking extra care to keep our family and your families safe. Our safety procedures at home, in our vehicle, and at our studio include sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces multiple times daily. We take special care to thoroughly wash hands throughout the day.
We are proud to say that we work in the best industry ever! However, in order to stop the spread of the Corona Virus, we have stopped all ordering from our distributors. We do not want to add additional packages in the hands of our awesome delivery people...they are needed for other essential items that we do not provide. This means that our stock is limited. But we are creative, and will invent more fun options for you and your family throughout the upcoming month.

Question: I'm not artistic. Is this for me?
Answer: Yes! Creativita provides a relaxing atmosphere; a fun place to explore and create art. We make art accessible to people who may not consider themselves creative in any way.
Question: Do I get to bring my canvas, mosaic, fused glass, or pottery home with me after I make it?
Answer: All canvas and wood boards are available to take home after completion. We will need to keep your mosaic or pottery piece for one week, fused glass and clay for two weeks. After the one or two week period has passed, you are welcome to pick up your piece during drop in studio hours.
Question: Will you call me when my piece is ready?
Answer: No. We will only call you if you forget to pick up your piece.
Question: What if I forget to pick up my canvas, pottery piece, or other personal item left in the studio?
Answer: After 60 days all items will be donated to a local charity.
Question: Can you ship my finished pieces to me?
Answer: Yes. For $25 we are happy to ship your item anywhere within the United States via USPS. For multiple items, there may be an additional charge.
Question: Can I use my pottery after I bring it home?
Answer: Absolutely! After we fire your pottery it is food safe and beverage safe. However we recommend that you hand wash your items.
Question: Do I need to bring any art supplies?
Answer: No. All materials are included. Creativita provides everything needed to make art your day or night out.
Question: Do I have to reserve a seat online for painting classes or special events?
Answer: Yes. If you are coming to one of our events, please reserve a spot online to guarantee your seat. If you are joining us for drop in hours, seats are available first come, first serve.
Question: Are kids allowed in the studio during drop in studio hours?
Answer: Absolutely! Just remember we are an art studio that has lots of breakable pottery.
Question: Can I play my own music or media in the studio?
Answer: Only if you have headphones or are hosting a private event. We strive to create a welcoming environment to all guests which means we will supply a variety of music for many tastes.
Question: What should I wear?
Answer: While Creativita provides aprons, it is highly recommended that you wear clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. We are an art studio and we have paint that could stay on your clothes forever. We are not responsible for any paint that may get on your clothes or personal belongings.
Question: Can I bring my own adult beverage?
Answer: Yes, you may bring your own beverage while exploring your creative side. Creativita provides plastic glasses and bottle openers. (You must be 21+ to consume any beverages as stated by the laws governing the State of Illinois.)
Question: Can we reserve the studio for our own private event?
Answer: Absolutely! Visit our calendar of events page and grab your date right online. (Only dates and times posted are available to book online. Please contact us to inquire about additional availability.)
Question: Can you travel to our event?
Answer: YES! With a minimum of 10 painters, we are happy to come to you within 20 miles of the studio. Pricing is $25.00 per person. A non-refundable $100 deposit is collected at time of booking and is applied to a $100 travel / set up fee. Please contact us to confirm artist availability.
Question: Do you ever give donations or have fundraisers for 501c3 organizations?
Answer: Yes! We are happy to host your fundraising event in the studio. We donate 15% of net sales directly back to your organization during a semi private event.
Question: Do you hold Corporate Team Builders?
Answer: Absolutely! Contact us today and we will work with you to create a personalized, team bonding experience for all your entire team. We offer team building events in our studio for up to 40 people, or at a venue of your choosing for up to 500 people. Events last between 2-3 hours long. All supplies are included.
Question: What if I need to reschedule?
Answer: Unfortunately because of high demand, individual or group reservations that are non-refundable.
Question: Do you have parking?
Answer: While we do not have a parking lot, parking is abundant within one block of the studio. In addition to street parking, there are Village of Forest Park parking lots directly behind the studio. Please be sure to check rules and times at the payment boxes located in the village lots and on Madison Street.
